Felix Eggers advises on dispute resolution in and out of court, particularly in the areas of contractual and commercial litigation as well as civil damages procedures.
Felix focuses on supporting clients engaged in national and international e-commerce in enforcing their claims as well as defending them against lawsuits, warnings or preliminary injunctions.
Felix studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, the University of Chicago Law School and the University of California College of the Law in San Francisco. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, he worked, inter alia, at the litigation departments of two international law firms as well as at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin.
