Odunayo's work focuses primarily on motor vehicle franchise law and disputes involving state attorney generals. Odunayo has experience at all stages of trial including investigations, discovery, pre trial disputs, and trial. Odunayo began her career focused on appellate litigation and that focus has allows her to see the big picture and small details simultaneously. Odunayo also maintains a robust pro bono practice primarily focused on voting rights work.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Odunayo clerked for the Senior Judges at the DC Court of Appeals. Odunayo is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where she served as Senior Diversity & Inclusion Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal and litigated a complex appeal at a U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals as a Student Attorney for the Student Litigation Center.
Won dismissal of multiple claims in federal class action complaint under several consumer protection laws related to data breach.
Won appeal securing extension of civil protection order on behalf of crime victim.
Negotiated favorable settlement for pro bono client facing eviction.
