Claire is a litigator who advises clients on a range of commercial disputes. Her focus lies in civil fraud proceedings which are high-value, multi-jurisdictional and complex in nature.
Claire has particular experience of representing clients based in the CIS region. She is currently acting on one of The Lawyer's top 20 cases for 2022, for the Ukrainian bank, PrivatBank, in its $3 billion fraud claim against its former owners, Igor Kolomoisky and Gennadiy Bogolyubov.
