As part of the firm’s Corporate Litigation, Fraud and Investigations team, Olivia advises clients on a range of complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes and internal investigations, often involving allegations of fraud, bribery, and dishonesty.
Whilst at the firm Olivia has spent six months on secondment at Lloyds Banking Group, working in their Consumer Finance team.
Olivia is actively involved in the firm's Pro Bono practice having advised a number of clients on their applications for compensation under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme.

Acting for ENRC in securing a major victory at the Commercial Court in proceedings against its former solicitors and the UK Serious Fraud Office
Advising an international car manufacturer on a large scale group action brought in respect of allegations that their diesel vehicles were fitted with impermissible “defeat devices”
