Megan is a member of the firm's Litigation, Arbitration and Employment group. Her civil practice focuses primarily on product liability litigation, including individual, mass tort, multidistrict litigation, and class actions in federal and state courts across the country.

Megan represents large pharmaceutical manufacturers in product liability actions, but she also has experience defending leading consumer brands in federal consumer protection class actions. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Megan received her undergraduate degree in three years before graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law at the top of her class, with summa cum laude and Order of the Coif honors. 

Representative experience

Representing leading apparel and beverage brands in defending federal, PFAS consumer class actions in both pre-suit and active litigation.  

Representing leading US-based pharmaceutical manufacturers in federal and state court product liability actions around the country.

Successfully represented a global pharmaceutical company in defending a preliminary injunction and multi-million dollar breach of contract allegations.

Obtained a hard-fought victory on behalf of a pharmaceutical client in a personal injury products liability case. Drafted the Frye and summary judgment motion that led to the case's dismissal in full.
