Cassie is an associate in our international private equity practice in London, working on a range of complex private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
She advises private equity clients across a number of sectors on transactions at each state of their investment cycle, including platform acquisitions and subsequent bolt-ons, minority investments, exits and the establishment of continuation funds. She has also worked with management teams throughout the life of private equity investments.
