Alyson Diaz is a litigation associate in Miami focusing on complex commercial disputes and international arbitration.  She represents domestic and international clients in high-stakes matters, including cross-border contract dispoutes and proceedings involving competing arbitration forums, and approaches each matter with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions.

Alyson’s path to the legal profession was shaped by her early work with an organization supporting survivors of human trafficking, where she worked alongside attorneys and witnessed firsthand the impact of effective legal advocacy.  That experience informs her client‑centered approach and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when navigating complex, high‑pressure disputes.

During law school, Alyson worked with a Philadelphia‑based organization assisting grandparents in obtaining custody of their grandchildren, work for which she was recognized with a pro bono service award.  She also served as President of the Latino Law Student Association and served as Content Editor at the Regulatory Review at the University of Pennsylvania. Alyson’s background in public policy and history, combined with her interest in international law, continues to inform her approach to disputes involving global business considerations.
