Lauren also supports clients on franchise and distribution matters worldwide, particularly for clients in Europe. She is well-versed in key franchise law issues, including incentive programs, establishments, brand withdrawals, online sales, partnerships with third-party sellers, and more. A strategic commercial litigator, Lauren aggressively defends her automotive and mobility clients in federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution settings and mediation.
