Blair Decker is a zealous advocate in the courtroom and a trusted advisor to her clients in crisis. She is an award-winning Pro Bono Attorney, and she oversees the onboarding of all new matters in the U.S. Pro Bono Department.

Blair's practice includes representing clients in D.C. Superior Court, including survivors of domestic violence in Civil Protection Order (CPO) cases, victims of sexual assault in criminal cases, and tenants in eviction proceedings. She also mentors junior associates on these cases and has built a robust capacity for domestic violence-related matters at the firm. Blair helps to staff the domestic violence clinic, and she co-authored a training manual on litigating CPO cases on behalf of domestic violence survivors.
