Isabelle provides guidance on regulatory and transactional matters. Her practice spans a variety of subject areas, including wireless and wireline technology, space and satellites, artificial intelligence, content moderation, children’s online safety, and privacy. Isabelle also counsels on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence processes, and commercial arrangements.
At the University of Colorado Law School, Isabelle served as Diversity and Outreach Editor for Volume 22 of the Colorado Technology Law Journal and student leader for the Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. During law school, she gained valuable experience as a legal extern in the Consumer Protection section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, where she assisted with rulemaking and enforcement of the Colorado Privacy Act. She also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Scott T. Varholak of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Isabelle earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
