Hélène de Nazelle has in-depth knowledge on French employment law, acting on day-to-day employment matters for companies and international groups present in France.
She focuses on individual employment law matters, from the recruitment of employees to their termination, including post-termination issues.
She also concentrates on collective employment law matters, such as the organization of staff representative elections, relations with works councils and unions and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Hélène also developed a focus in employment litigation (both collective and individual cases).
