As associate in our Paris banking and finance team, Quentin advises lenders, borrowers and sponsors on financings for French and cross-border transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings and corporate financings.
Quentin has worked on transactions in a wide range of industry sectors such as transportation and logistics, technology and telecoms, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and entertainment.
Quentin also has experience in assisting clients with waiver requests and issues arising after the completion of a financing transaction.
Representative experience
- Advising Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France and a pool of banks on the refinancing of Laboratoires Delbert.
- Advising Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Aquitaine and the pool of lenders on the financing of the acquisition of Groupe GPS.
- Advising Groupe Orest, supported by Andera Partners and Bpifrance, on the financing of the acquisition of Abysse.
- Advising the founders and shareholders in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Nutravalia.
- Advising Société Générale and BNP Paribas, mandated arrangers, on the financing of a leveraged buy-out (LBO) on Groupe HR Path.
- Advising Crédit Lyonnais and the pool of lenders in connection with the financing of the acquisition by Deret of the Log'S group.
