Katherine Culora helps her clients navigate complex civil litigation matters with a particular focus on class actions, product liability claims, and disputes in the healthcare sector. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including motions to dismiss, e-discovery, class certifications, motions for summary judgment, settlements, and trial.
Her cases involve a variety of substantive areas, including ERISA, privacy and cyber security issues, consumer protection claims and disclosure, warranty, and contract litigation. Katherine maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing survivors of violent crimes and clients who have experienced discrimination.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Katherine gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for two federal judges at the District Court for the District of Columbia. While in law school, she was the Lead Article Editor of The Catholic University Law Review. Katherine has a strong foundation in litigation, having worked as a paralegal in a large Washington, D.C. law firm prior to law school.
