Sveva Cuccurullo is an Associate in the Litigation, Investigations, White Collar & Fraud team in Italy.
She specialises in dispute resolution, product liability, compliance and internal investigations, assisting both international and domestic clients across a range of industry sectors. With a developing expertise in dispute resolution and compliance matters, Sveva handles contentious cases with a focus on automotive, consumer and life sciences industries.
Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2023, Sveva graduated in Law from the University of Naples Federico II and spent a semester abroad at the University of Barcelona.

Assistance to a manufacturer of medical devices with reference to claims for damages suffered by patients/heirs of the patients.
Assistance to a leading automotive manufacturer in several class actions and representative actions brought by consumer associations following the launch of a recall campaign.
Assistance to an insurance company in handling claims arising from a tragic car accident that resulted in multiple fatalities.
Assistance to a construction company in relation to claims for damages brought by a major media company following a fire.
Assistance to companies from various industry sectors in implementing whistleblowing systems compliant with EU Directive no. 2019/1937 and Italian Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.
