Amy advises private equity sponsors and large corporations on a range of investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and related finance matters.
Prior to joining the Corporate team in Singapore, she worked in our London office where she sat in the Restructuring and Special Situations team, advising on all aspects of cross-border consensual and non-consensual restructurings.

Advising a private equity firm on its acquisition of a controlling stake in one of the leading hospitals in Cambodia.
Advising a confidential client on its acquisition of a Philippines e-payment services company.
Advising a debt fund on the refinancing of Fortenova group's €1.2bn existing facilities via a secured private note issuance.
Advising lenders in relation to the successful restructuring of the Interserve Group.
Advising lenders on a major balance sheet restructure for the Equiom group, a global professional services provider, regulated in more than ten jurisdictions.
Acting for administrators on the €385m restructuring of the foreign exchange firm Travelex.
Advising the security agent in relation to the pre-pack sale and balance sheet restructuring of the Matalan group.
