Julia is an associate in the Financial Services practice, advising on the UK and EU financial services law and regulation. Her clients include financial institutions, insurers, investment managers, FinTechs and financial market infrastructures.
Julia assists clients in navigating complex issues arising out of the changing regulatory landscape. Her work includes cross-border regulatory advice, multi-jurisdictional compliance reviews, regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, FCA applications, and advising on the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and Taxonomy Regulation.

Advising a major international bank and other investment firms on the interpretation and implementation of the SFDR Taxonomy Regulation and related ESG regulations.
Advising infrastructure funds on ESG-related product disclosure wording under the SFDR.
Advising a global investment company on its market abuse obligations and performing a full scope review on the adequacy of its implementation of the Market Abuse Regulation.
