Castille Cox leverages her experience in a variety of private equity transactions in the Silicon Valley, national and international markets to help her clients devise smart business strategies and execute fund formations and operations, limited partnership investments, co-investments and secondaries.
Castille regularly assists her private equity clients in all aspects of their fund formations and continual fund management. She represents large registered investment advisors on their formation of new funds with over $250 million in assets, assists with funds’ deployment of capital into portfolio companies, funds or co-investments, and negotiates side letter terms with potential investors. She also represents large institutions on their potential investments and handles negotiations with fund sponsors.
In addition to her private equity experience, Castille assists on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, managing various stakeholders and collaborating with local counsels. She also regularly advises companies on their capital-raising activities which can consist of multiple forms of financing, such as stock, warrants, SAFEs or promissory notes. She has experience in restructuring and representing a company on the asset purchase and stalking horse bidding process while preparing for a bankruptcy filing.
