Corbinian Schwaab focuses his practice on product-related regulatory requirements and product compliance issues as well as matters of contract, trade and distribution law.

As a member of our highly respected Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation (SOAR) team, Corbinian helps clients, particularly in the automotive, aviation, consumer goods and technology industries, to successfully navigate the complex regulatory frameworks applicable to their products. In particular, he advises on relevant European market entry and other product-related regulatory requirements, such as type-approval and certification requirements, marking and labelling requirements, cybersecurity requirements, or requirements under environmental, chemicals and waste laws and provides guidance on legal obligations and risks in this regard. Corbinian’s work also includes the review, revision and draft of commercial contracts of all kinds.

Corbinian was seconded to a leading full-service provider for charging infrastructure. This gave him not only valuably insights in the e-mobility industry but also deepened his understanding for clients’ needs in terms of business-oriented and practicable legal solutions in a fast-paced and highly regulated business environment.

During his legal traineeship, Corbinian worked in our London office and the German Bundestag in Berlin.
