Having spent time practising in London and Brussels, Christopher Peacock has a broad range of experience advising clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, as well as EU and national/domestic merger control regimes. He advises across a wide variety of business sectors, including financial services, TMT and oil and gas. Christopher is an associate in our Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice.

Representative experience

Advising an electronics company on a merger control filing in China under the simplified Chinese merger regime.

Advising an oil and gas company on the competition law aspects of its cooperation with other companies for the exploration, production and marketing of LNG.

Advising a financial institution in relation to a regulatory and competition investigation by the FCA and European Commission.

Advising an oil and gas company on the merger control aspects of an acquisition including obtaining EU merger clearance.
