Having spent time practising in London and Brussels, Christopher Peacock has a broad range of experience advising clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, as well as EU and national/domestic merger control regimes. He advises across a wide variety of business sectors, including financial services, TMT, and oil and gas. Christopher is a senior associate in our Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice.

Advising a bank in relation to investigations being conducted by the FCA, European Commission and other agencies around the world.

Advising News Corp in relation to the CMA's in-depth merger review of 21st Century Fox's proposed acquisition of the remaining shares in Sky Plc.

Advising Amcor on its US$6.8bn acquisition of Bemis.

Conducting a business-wide competition law audit for a manufacturer of various technological products.

Advising a drinks manufacturer on its potential liability for a competition law investigation in a different EU Member State.

Advising clients on responding to third party requests for information from various regulators.

Providing regular advice and client training on competition law issues including vertical agreements, abuse of dominance and contact with competitors.

Coordinating multi-jurisdictional merger control assessments and filings.
