To achieve your goals, Christophe Garin uses his all the areas of litigation such as emergency proceedings, ex parte motions, enforcement measures, proceedings on the merits as well as, when appropriate, settlement negotiations and mediation. Christophe has built long term relationships with numerous clients from industries as diverse as machinery, consumer goods, life sciences and real estate. He works closely with them to resolve their disputes, be they commercial, contract, products liability, tort or insolvency disputes.

A key member of the Paris litigation team, Christophe taps into the full extent of his experience to defend you in complex product liability litigation against thousands of claimants from all around the globe. Christophe is more particularly in charge of the procedural and enforcement aspects of these cases. Before he joined the Paris Bar in 2000, Christophe worked for 3 years for counsels before the French Supreme Court, which adds to his knowledge and experience of French Courts. Since then, Christophe regularly appears before French Courts of all kinds: Commercial and Civil, as well as Courts of Appeal.
