Christina Kaufhold advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law, in particular in the context of real estate transactions (individual and portfolio transactions, asset and share deals) as well as in the execution of complex due diligences. She focuses on the drafting and review of commercial leases as well as on all aspects of public construction and planning law.
Before being admitted to the bar and joining our firm, Christina completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle. During this period and already during her studies at the University of Hamburg, Christina worked for various international law firms in the field of real estate law.
