Christin Kotzur advises our clients on capital market matters and focuses on the advice of German and international clients in connection with the documentation of base prospectuses and the issue of retail structured products (certificates, leveraged products and notes). Christin is also experienced in the preparation of key investment documents (PRIIPs KIDs) and marketing material.
In addition, Christin advises syndicate banks and issuers in connection with the documentation of debt issuance programs as well as on capital market and derivative transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Christin worked for other international law firms and she has also spent time on secondment with two leading global banks.
