Ali Chegra is a senior associate at our Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Paris. He focuses his practice on corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and private equity accompanying managers and private equity funds in their LBO and capital development transactions. Prior to joining us, Ali worked at the Ashurst corporate department in Paris for almost four years.

Advising Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank acting as arranger of the financing of the disposal of Groupe Sermeta by Carlyle to Joseph Le Mer (cofounder).

Advising WSP Global Inc. in connection with the acquisition of Technip TPS, French subsidiary of Technip SA.

Advising Apollo Global Management in connection with the acquisition of the Ivanhoé Cambridge's European hotels portfolio.
