Evelin focuses her practice on international arbitration disputes in English and Spanish, representing both companies and sovereigns across various industries.

Evelin has experience in arbitration proceedings before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) as well as arbitrations under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules. She also has experience in public international law. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2025, Evelin worked at an international law firm in New York, where she represented international public and private companies in arbitration and litigation disputes. Evelin also represented sovereigns in advisory proceedings before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, the International Court of Justice, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. 

She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as senior submissions editor for the Yale Journal of International Law. Evelin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where she majored in Philosophy and Government.
