Carlos is an associate in the Banking & Finance team in the Madrid office.
He holds a law degree (Universidad CEU San Pablo) and an LLM from IE Law School. Carlos provides regulatory advice to companies in the financial sector, with a special focus on credit institutions, investment firms and other relevant market players such as payment institutions and e-money institutions. Carlos advises companies on the implementation of new regulations, as well as on restructuring processes in the financial sector.
He also provides recurring advice to companies in the Fintech field and related to the innovative sector.
