María is an associate in the Hogan Lovells Madrid office, where she is part of the Tax Practice Group as member of the tax structuring team for asset financings and acquisitions.
She advises on the design, implementation and monitoring of tax structures for the financing of assets (i.e., vessels, film productions and R&D&I projects), which are based on the application and use of tax measures and incentives. She provides integral advice from a tax, commercial and financial perspective within the framework of Spanish and European regulations.
She also provides tax and financial advice to companies in the shipping industry.
