Inspired by the words "If you want to make a difference, become a lawyer," BJ Min did just that. He joined Hogan Lovells in 2015, bringing his knowledge of document placement and unmatched efficiency with him.

BJ takes pride in being known as "the lawyer who can find that document," and enjoys the puzzle-like process. BJ advises clients on electronic discovery matters, document retention, and privilege. He has advised clients on matters related to civil litigation, government investigations, pharmaceuticals, and contract disputes. BJ values the client's time and delivers accurate and efficient results because of his ability to effectively analyze hundreds of thousands of documents in a relatively short period of time by utilizing the firm's cutting-edge technology.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, BJ gained valuable experience and a versatile background for approaching electronic discovery matters. BJ worked as a securities attorney in a law firm's Debt Capital Markets group. He then served as a corporate transactional attorney at another firm for several years. Just before joining Hogan Lovells, BJ handled discovery work for a litigation firm in Washington, D.C.
