Lina plays a central role in structuring, negotiating, and closing sophisticated debt transactions. She is known for her practical, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to manage transactions efficiently while coordinating seamlessly with internal specialists and external stakeholders.
Lina earned her Juris Doctor, Order of the Coif, from Loyola Law School. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and gained judicial experience through externships with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also served as a Summer Honors Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
