Noémie Lisbonis Boyer is a Senior Associate in the Paris office of Hogan Lovells and a member of the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects practice group.

Noémie advises sponsors and lenders on the development, structuring and financing of complex projects in the infrastructure, energy and natural ressources sectors in France and internationally. 

She has a wide international experience as a lawyer in leading firms in Paris having been seconded to a global energy company. She also lived and worked in Beijing, Conakry and Lubumbashi.

She speaks French and English fluently.

Representative experience

Advising NW on securing €430 million in non-recourse bank financing to build and commission over 2 GWh of storage capacity in France and Finland by the end of 2025 (2024)*

Advising Valorem, a leading French independent renewable energy producer, on a refinancing of €200 million for a 143 MW portfolio of solar and wind assets in France (2024)*

Advising the lenders on the landmark financing of the 488 MW Iles d'Yeu et de Noirmoutier (EMYN) offshore wind farm, an investment of approximately €2.5 billion (2023)*

Advising the lenders on the landmark financing of the 496 MW Dieppe Le Tréport (EDMT) offshore wind farm, an investment of approximately €2.7 billion (2023)*

Advising Automotive Cells Company (ACC) on the €4.4 billion project financing of three EV battery gigafactories in Europe (2024)*

Advising EVLO, Hydro Québec's dedicated electricity storage affiliate, on the supply, construction and long-term maintenance (15 years) of a 9 MWh battery in France (2021)*

Advising the lenders on the financing, construction and operation of a wind farm under a corporate PPA by InfraVia Capital Partners located in Sweden (2020)*

Advising the lenders on the financing of €170 million of the baseload hydrogen renewable energy power plant in French Guiana (CEOG project), involving Meridiam, HDF and SARA (2021)*

Advising the lenders in connection with the financing of the construction of the 448 MW Calvados offshore wind farm (in Courseulles-sur-mer), co-developed by EDF-R, Enbridge and Skyborn (2021)*
