Annebeth Bleeker is a Netherlands law qualified finance lawyer in our Amsterdam Corporate & Finance practice, with a primary focus on leveraged finance and corporate lending. She has extensive experience in advising sponsors, lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Annebeth was a senior associate at a multinational law firm in Amsterdam. She also gained valuable experience working on the client side, both in her secondments to multiple Dutch banks as well as acting as an in-house senior finance lawyer in a global, multinational corporation.
