Jenna Blankenship specializes in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation, leveraging her prior career experience in privacy, security, and intelligence. She helps clients navigate complex privacy and data breach litigation matters, including class actions and multijurisdictional litigation.

Jenna earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as President of the Technology Law and Digital Rights (TLDR) Association, head teaching assistant for the undergraduate law course, and competed on the sports law competition moot court team.

Before attending Minnesota Law, Jenna worked in privacy and security consulting in Washington, D.C., advising clients on data privacy, online exposure, and how to mitigate data risks in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. She has also worked on physical security matters as an intelligence analyst in a security operations center, and was licensed as a private investigator in the state of Virginia.
