Giacomo Bertelli is an associate in our SOAR team with in-depth knowledge in Information Technology and Internet Law and works closely with some of the world’s leading Internet and technology companies. He advises clients on emerging and complex tech legal issues with respect to contentious and regulatory matters.
He has gained wide-ranging knowledge of the TMT industry and is involved in Internet Service Provider liability, platforms, freedom of expression, data protection, and online copyright. In particular, he focuses on litigation before courts and regulatory authorities in relation to Internet Service Provider liability and data protection.
Giacomo graduated in Law from the University of Genoa in 2017. He later earned an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology from Bocconi University. Giacomo is fluent in Italian and English and has an intermediate knowledge of Spanish
