Olivia Berdugo is a lawyer in our Tax Team. Her practice focuses on corporate taxation, both domestic and international. She assists clients in national and cross-border M&A transactions (LBOs, reorganizations, financing), tax audits and litigations.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2022, Olivia worked in the M&A and FSI tax practice groups of a Big 4 firm in Paris for three years.
