Benjamín Pérez Gutiérrez focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on the constitutional process ("amparo" proceedings). He also handles agrarian disputes in connection with the New Mexican Energy Reform. He has a Masters in Financial Law and a Masters in Constitutional Proceedings, both from the Universidad Panamericana.
Benjamín joined Hogan Lovells BSTL in 2014 after several years of running his own firm. He handles complex issues, including hard-pressing negotiations, and finds viable, creative, and efficient solutions for clients.
