Benedikt Weiß advises clients on all aspects of EU and German antitrust law.

He assists clients in merger control proceedings and antitrust investigations and has worked on several cases involving dominant companies. Benedikt also advises on the implementation of effective antitrust compliance systems and antitrust damages litigation. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, and e-commerce, with a particular focus on clients in digital markets. His particular antitrust expertise lies in the area of research & development and standardization collaborations.

Before joining the firm, Benedikt studied law at the University of Bayreuth and did an LL.M. in International Commercial Law at the University of Aberdeen. During his legal traineeship, he worked as a legal trainee in the field of competition law at Hogan Lovells and another international law firm.
