Advising Proparco on the financing of an extension of a cement plant in Gabon (CIMAF Gabon) (ongoing).

Advising a pool of banks (in particular BAD, FMO and BOAD) in relation to the financing of an electrical power plant in Senegal. 

Advising Afreximbank (which specialises in trade and commodities finance in Africa) in various transactions in civil law African countries. 

Advising a pool of commercial banks (in particular Natixis, Société Générale, BNP Paribas) in relation to a State guaranteed loans granted to the French company GiFi.

Advising IFC in relation to the financing of the Moroccan group KMR Holding for the establishment of a Medical Faculty in Morocco. 

Advising NatWest plc in relation to the financing for general corporate purposes of the group Electricité de France. 

Advising EBRD in relation to a facility granted to BMCE Bank of Africa under the Moroccan Green Economy Financing Facility program.
