Anjali Baliga is a trusted advocate who helps clients navigate largescale government investigations, complex internal investigations, and civil litigation.

Anjali’s breadth of experience positions her well for today's shifting legal and regulatory landscapes. Anjali has worked with clients across a range of industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, technology, education, and telecommunications. She has investigated matters involving potential export controls violations, allegations of financial fraud, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act (FDCA), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the False Claims Act (FCA).

Anjali also maintains a robust pro bono practice, with a focus on eviction defense and housing justice, animal law and advocacy, and immigration.

In law school, Anjali was selected to be an editor for the Michigan Law Review and to be a Teaching Assistant for the First-Year Legal Writing Program. As a Student Attorney with the Veterans Legal Clinic, Anjali spearheaded civil discovery in a childhood lead poisoning case, one of the clinic's largest personal injury matters at the time. She also assisted Detroit homeowners with retaining ownership over their homes as a member of the Property Tax Appeals Project.

Prior to law school, Anjali advised multinational corporations on their tax planning and transfer pricing schema. Her tax consulting experience informs her multi-faceted approach to white collar criminal and civil investigations, even today.
