Alessandro Azzolini is an Italian-qualified lawyer with a significant experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions.
In particular, his structured finance experience includes advice to arrangers, issuers and originators in relation to a number of public and private, domestic and cross-border securitization transactions of various types (including consumer loans, CQS, auto loans, healthcare receivables, tax and trade receivables).
In the debt capital markets field, he assists major domestic and international banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporates acting as issuers, arrangers or lead managers in relation to stand-alone bond issuances or issuance programmes, mainly EMTN and Covered Bond programmes.
He graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre with a mark of 110/110 cum laude in 2016 and he is admitted to the Rome Bar since 2019.
