Axel Huber advises on all areas of individual and collective labor law. In addition to providing ongoing labor law advice to national and international clients, this includes in particular the assistance in restructuring measures.
Axel supports you in the realisation of complex restructuring measures in all stages of the project in a forward-looking and practical manner. He guides companies in negotiations with employee representatives and takes over and manages the communication with the labor agency or the providers of transfer companies. Axel advises and represents you in subsequent individual litigation throughout Germany. He is highly experienced in setting up social plans.
Axel studied law at the University of Freiburg and the University of Minho in Braga, Portugal.
