Art van der Pols is a Netherlands law qualified finance lawyer with special interest in acquisition financings and debt capital market products, acting both for borrowers and lenders. He advises banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in a wide range of both domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including general corporate lending, real estate financing, acquisition financing, asset based financing, factoring and capital market transactions.
