Dr. Anna Sophia Kollotschek advises and represents national and international companies in the pre-trial stage as well as in German courts. She provides counsel in complex commercial disputes as well as in strategies related to mass litigation. Her current focus is on litigation in general commercial law proceedings and disputes within the automotive industry.
Anna Sophia Kollotschek studied law at the Freie Universität Berlin and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She subsequently earned her doctorate from the Faculty of Law at the Freie Universität Berlin with a dissertation on liability risks associated with product-related deception in white-collar criminal law. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Kammergericht) she worked at the Federal Chancellery (Bundeskanzleramt) and the Consulate General in New York City. Both between her state exams and during her clerkship, she also worked for other international law firms.
