As a German lawyer Christoph advises national and international companies on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate and contract law with a special focus on German companies in Mexico/Latin America.
He studied law at both the University of Cologne in Germany and the Université de Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne where he earned the Maîtrise en Droit. At the University of Cologne Christoph obtained his Bachelor of Law degree and the Chair for US American Law´s Certificate in United States´ Law before submitting his dissertation on organizational sanctions in German professional football.
Prior to joining the firm in April 2025, he had already worked at Hogan Lovells, Mexico City as a legal clerk, assisting in Corporate and Antitrust matters.
