André Lohde advises national and international clients on real estate law. He focuses on real estate transactions, commercial landlord and tenant law, public law and project developments.
André further advises national and international investors on due diligence in the context of transactions for logistics, retail and office properties as well as on property management issues.
Before joining the firm, André worked for more than three years as a lawyer for a service provider specializing in the management of shopping centers and was responsible, among other things, for lease-related issues such as the ongoing updating of lease clauses.

Advising Hillwood on the development of logistics properties in Germany.
Advising MAS on the acquisition of the shopping center “Flensburger Galerie”.
Advising Quilvest and Kintyre on the acquisition of the Seemaxx Outlet Center in Radolfzell by way of a share deal.
Advising Warburg-HIH on the acquisition of the office building “KHW105” by way of an asset deal.
Advising Union Investment on the acquisition of "Neue Balan Haus 27" in Munich by way of a forward deal.
Advising Garbe Industrial Real Estate on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio.
