As a partner in our Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice, Alice Wallace-Wright has in-depth experience advising clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition laws. Alice advises across a wide variety of business sectors with a particular focus on telecoms, media, technology and life sciences. Alice's broad practice includes advising clients on merger control aspects of transactions, the impact of competition law on their commercial arrangements and on the design and implementation of competition compliance programmes.
