Representing the new breed of agile, multifaceted European professionals, Alex moved to Barcelona in 1997 to start his career as an international lawyer. He then relocated to Madrid in 2004 to join Hogan Lovells. Working in Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Madrid has enabled Alex to speak fluently in English, Spanish, French and Dutch
Alex focuses his practice on international M&A, transactions and complex commercial projects. He has also represented clients in a variety of industry sectors over the years and is particularly well placed to assist companies in the industrial, technology, e-commerce, retail, and life sciences field.
He is also involved in our Pro Bono program. He represents Hogan Lovells on the Advisory Board of the foundation Youth Business Spain which he helped set up in 2014 with several Spanish NGO's, JPMorgan and Accenture.
