Ángela is part of the Tax Department, where she works as a member of the tax structuring team for asset financings and acquisitions.
She is involved in the design, implementation and monitoring of structures for the financing of assets (i.e., ships, film productions and R&D&I projects) based on the application and use of tax measures and incentives, providing advice from a tax, commercial and financial perspective within the framework of Spanish and European regulations.
In addition, she provides advice regarding tax and financial matters to companies belonging to the naval sector.
