She specialises in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on securitisations transactions involving a wide range of asset classes. Her practice focuses on advising both national and international clients on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financial transactions. She also has experience in risk analysis, and other regulatory matters related to securitisation and investment funds.
Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2025, Alessia gained valuable experience in London working in law firms and as senior analyst in a rating agency. She graduated with maximum grade at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.
