Beth is a senior associate in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects team. Her practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures and debt and equity financings.

Beth is experienced advising clients on complex and cross border transactions across the infrastructure and energy sector including renewable energy, fibre, transport and roads. She is practical, commercially minded, spots the issues and helps find solutions for clients.

Representative experience

Infracapital on its initial £150m and further £90m investment in the battery storage and electric transportation transformation business, Zenobē Energy.

Vauban on its £300m investment in a greenfield project for the development and deployment of fibre-optic networks to premises in the United Kingdom.

Wintershall Dea on its acquisition of on its acquisition of a material stake in the Hokchi oil and gas field, offshore Mexico. 

The business rescue practitioners appointed to Group Five Pty Limited, on the sale of the Intertoll road management businesses in the UK, Poland, Hungary and other jurisdictions in Europe.

A key investor on the exit of its investment in Gatwick Airport and the roll-over of part of its interest into a new managed structure.

GLIL Infrastructure in connection with its bid strategy and acquisition of a 30% interest in the IEP North East Mainline Project from Hitachi Rail Limited.
