As counsel in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) team in the Corporate and Finance practice in Hong Kong, Tommy specializes in strategic transaction structuring and complex contractual arrangements for TMT-related projects.
In addition to TMT, he has key sector experience within the financial services, sponsorship, commodity, retail and media sectors. His in-depth experience includes preparing complex contracts for outsourcings; technology licensing and development; content licensing; electronic payments; distribution, marketing and supply of goods and services; and TMT/IP-focused mergers and acquisitions, separations, restructurings and joint ventures.
As an extension of his practice, Tommy advises on regulatory, data privacy, contractual dispute negotiation and intellectual property-related matters, including addressing regulatory issues for complex cross-border contracts, business dissolution agreements, and on-going IP and branding issues.
Tommy also works with the wider Hogan Lovells Corporate and Finance team on complex acquisitions, separation and joint venture matters, including long-term transitional and service delivery arrangements.
