Juan Ramón is an IP/IT and Data Protection Lawyer at Hogan Lovells, Madrid.
He studied Law at Universidad de Murcia, has a master's degree in Legal Practice and a master's degree in New Technology Law, both at Universidad Carlos III.
Juan Ramón is currently involved in different projects relating to Digital Services Act, P2B Regulation, Data Governance Act and provides assistance in IP/IT matters. Insurance companies, a multinational retailer, real estate companies and technology platforms are some of the clients Juan Ramón is advising.
Juan Ramón is particularly focused on matters relating to privacy impact assessments, privacy regarding insurance companies and cloud hosting and has experience handling civil disputes concerning new technologies in civil courts.
